Just wondering what most ppl are getting at 70mph on the freeway. I feel the car handles just fine but want to know what type of MPG to expect at that speed.
Terrain and weather will have an effect, also, whether or not you're running the A/C.
I was getting high 30s & low 40s on my recent lap of the eastern US, with the cruise control set at ~70 (anywhere from 68 and change to 72 and change indicated on the GPS; my speedo reads about 3mph slow).
check our fuelly.com - you wont find exact mpg at 70mpg, but you'll find the average mpg of many smart drivers (including many on these forums). Probably best to look at users from your area, as terrain can have an affect. For example-don't take my lower MPG's as a sign of what you'll get--I live in a place with many stop signs and steep hills.
