My Brabus emblem fell off!?!?!?!?

Yeah, they need to mount them in the same way they do the passions because the BRABUS models enjoy debadging themselves.

My Brabus emblems have also come off, gas door emblem was sitting on ground at work one day, due to the hot sun and one on passenger mirror side same way in the sun, at home.

I went to the driver's mirror side which is never or rarely in the sun directly, hooked my finger nail under it and it peeled off way too easily.

All I can think and say is wtf!

Anyone want to buy my Brabus, 1095 miles?

If they can't even stick their logo on correctly then I question Brabus as a whole.

This decal is made by another company. Lorinser, BRABUS and Carlsson all have the exact same decal available except each has their own name on it. We have all three on display and the packaging is even the same.

After a year mine started to come off as well. I took a little bit of adhesive, peel off the decal, applied adhesive and put it back on. That seems to have taken care of it.

Yeah, My Brabus coupe dropped it's passenger side mirror emblem in the parking lot of the smart center in Charlotte the day after it came off the transport truck! They replaced it during the PDI but, both the left and right side mirror emblems have lifted/fallen off... Thankfully the car was in my garage when they let go! I used 3M spray contact adhesive 2 weeks ago and all has been well since. My gas door emblem has been rock solid since day one even on hot days so, I guess I've been pretty lucky. They really do NEED to address this as those emblems are Waaaaaaaayyyyy over priced for what they are!

Bottom line is I still love the car... Crappy emblems and all!

My Brabus fuel lid sticker came off due to the over 95 degree temp here in LA.
I've been using adhesives and it was holding for a while, but last weeks hot weather was just way too hot for adhesives.
Mine came off somewhere on the road (was there in the morning, was gone when I came back)....

Did anybody claim this to Smart as warranty?? Anybody outthere got their replacement at no charge?
I'd like to contact Smart, but not sure if I should contact dealer (who really don't care for you after they sold you a car), or contact elsewhere (smart USA?)

The dealer actually should like warranty service. It's SmartUSA who wishes the warranty service didn't happen since the labor and parts costs get charged back to them.

For many dealers, more of the profit is from service than from new car sales. I'm not certain that paradigm still holds with smarts, but the margin on the new cars certainly isn't large!
