I have a Stebel.

Can't help think how well she would of heard me with the stock horn. Windows up, A/C fan blowing, radio going etc.

Pretty sure I'll go with another Stebel in my other car. Hella twins do sound nice....

So, I just did a search for the Hella Twins and came up with a few different choices. I remember when my dad had some air horns on his truck and it sounded horrible (sounded like a cow giving birth... I imagine).

And Bum-Bling-B, I apologize as I feel as though I am stealing your thread.

Not a problem!!! We're talking horns so it's all good. This is about our safety because we all know our cars are deathtraps and if something about the size of a cigarette butt is tossed on our car while we're driving....we're goners.

I used to put the Hella Supertones on every Subaru I owned. They mounted nicely right behind the grill... they are definitely worth the $$$.

AW, why not go all out and get a K5LA

OK, alright, so it might actually CAUSE an accident.
And it might be a challenge to install in a smart too.

Details, details.

Still lovin' my Badboy! Thanks Alan!

I got mine about 4 months ago and installed it about 2 or 3 ago. It has paid for itself and also has gotten ppls attention.

I got my louder horn about 4 months ago.....one for a new Dodge RAM.

I kind of forgot about it until I was parking at Wally World over the weekend and some kid said "What's the horn sound like?" Hey, I couldn't resist so I blew it.

Sadly at that point I was reminded.....the Dodge RAM horn is still in the box in my garage.

Hmmm....I think I want a train horn....or smart train horn

Then again, being in a Hummer and just accepting the crash would be fun too...
