My hat is off to Paul and Round Rock dealership

While I have not had service done on my smart in Round Rock, I have had the pleasure of ordering parts from Paul Bridle. The ordering process was a breeze and delivery was unusually quick. When I had a problem with one accessory I purchased from Round Rock, Paul and the manufacturer definitely exceeded my expectation and came up with a plan to take back the part and send me a newer version. I was truly impressed with the customer service focus. I would gladly by from smart car of Round Rock, Texas any time.

I'll second that - or third it. Last year I needed a pair of new rear rims to put four equals on my smart. Paul had them and got them out ASAP.

This year I needed a new pair of towing hooks for a bike rack I am making and again - in stock and out fast. Plus they had all my data saved for the mailing. Mind you I am at least 12 hours by car from Round Rock so they had no reason to be that good, except that this demonstrated the difference between excellent customer service and average customer service.

Just don't ask him about the durability/quality of an Armrest.... The scar on my behind is still, pardon the pun, "smarting". lol

I am lucky enough to be able to go by the Round Rock dealership and meet Paul. He is a great guy to talk to and super person to deal with. I also bought my car from the dealership and they are super to deal with. Paul just makes it better. My wife thinks I spend to much money on the car, but Hell, I just blame Paul..... I have to live with her...
