My smart just got insulted

I just went outside to move my smart from blocking a co-worker in. (yes, my smart is big enough to block someone in) As I was pulling back in to park a lady knocked on my back window and then my passenger window. (Why is she touching my car?!?!) I rolled down the window just a crack and she asked how much my car was. Not an uncommon question. I think I get that questions about 5 times a week. I told her they start around 11k-13k. Well, little Miss Know-it-All told me that they were selling these cars over seas for about $2200. I then informed her that she must be thinking of the Tata. It was the way she said it; like I was dumb for paying so much for a car that only cost $2200. Boy you should have seen the look on her face when I told her it was a Mercedes. Priceless.

Ah yes, it reminds me of one of my personal favorites. While at the gas station 2 or 3 Harley guys come over and comment on the car said "I wouldnt feel safe in that thing" got back on their bikes w/o helments and left

Exactly. I have been having a discussion with this guy here at work. He thinks they are totally unsafe. I told him I rather be in my soon to be smart then my kia in an accident.

How is a Harley like a Hound dog? They both spend a lot of time in the back of pick-ups.

How is a Harley different from a Hound dog? The dog gets into the truck under it's own power.

On a serious note I see that HDAC the Harley loan people have 37% of their money in sub-prime loans to Harley buyers who didn't qualify for real credit. That is going to be a huge burden in the months to come, I hope they can weather the storm.
