Ironically my first house I ever bought was 983sqft. Went bigger, didn't need it so now it's small again - 1200sqft. This summer (in 1 month) we're going to try to simplify, we'll see how that works.

Very good writing there! I tend to think almost exactly the same way, I'm just bad at putting it into words.

I see you've been backpacking... that always makes you think less is better, and it's definitely what started me thinking that way.

Are you sure that Scion IQ isn't smaller than a smart? I walked by one the other day and couldn't tell! Although, I know they only sold them in select states....and the IQs arent selling well. I agree with your blog post though.

The IQ is slightly longer and a bit wider. I think the only measurement in which the smart might exceed the IQ is in height.
