I was considering the Black/Black/Black Leather as well.

I love how the Brabus headlights are smoked out, so it would look magnificent.

I'm just thinking that an all-black car would be tough to wash. Never owned a black car either, I'm sure I'd get ticked off after a while. LOL.

You can see by my gallery pictures I also went part way with upgrades. Now that I've done it, I like the look, but would have done a few thing differently now that I've driven it a while. But the whole matter of the look you want it strictly up to you, but have fun with the project. It seems as soon as one item was done, it led to another. Its all fun...

I have a black/black Passion Coupe. My first black car, also. Had a white car previously.

The white car looked OK, but never special no matter how well it was waxed, so I pretty much left it dirty. The black car shows all the dirt and does show scratches. I had the exterior professionally polished and waxed and it looks spectacular when clean. I'm planning to use a local touchless carwash frequently to keep it that way.

I debadged it before the polish job, and plan to paint the headlights. I'd also like to get the wheels painted black and get the windows tinted, but that may have to wait. With your plans for the Braubas package, I think the black would look really intense. A more sophisticated look would be the new dark gray. Either would look great.

I once owned a black . . .

I once owned a black SUV - big mistake! It always looked dirty even one day after being washed and waxed. With every rain it looked even worse - and we get lots of rain in FL.
My smart is red/black/red and it holds up pretty well after a wash. I generally can go at least two weeks between washes unless it's been steady rain. I've got a blue/silver on order that I think will do well also.
My white SUV looks good most of the time and can go a month or longer between washes . . . of course it doesn't get out much anymore since the smart arrived. . .
If you're like me - you'll change your mind several times - even after you've configured~!

My Pathfinder is also suffering disuse since we got our Smart over two years ago. It is so bad that mice decided to take up residence and used hood padding for nest material and chewed on a sensor wire, one ignition wire and completely disabled my windshield washers tubing. I decided that haveing it parked in a carport with the hood collecting the west setting sun is not a good idea. Ugh!

I have a black/black/leather configured. Expect it in January. My silver/silver/leather is for sale anticipating the new arrival.

I had the opportunity to meet many smarts at a local buffet lunch. Many color combinations. I made it a point to park my silver/silver next to a dirty black/black. I believe in keeping my cars relatively clean but I think if I get the black/black I would have to be a clean fanatic. Black/black is exceptional looking when clean but can get pretty ugly if dirty. I may bow out and keep my silver/silver and head toward the Brabus look in silver. It looks good dirty or clean.
