I had a rattle as well

My rattle turned out to be the drivers side guide rail for the top. It would rattle if the top was closed or open to the first stop. If fully opened no noise. My dealer Seattle Smart Center replaced the rail and it's fixed.

glue the rear portion of the roof to the tridion cell. . . the small portion to the rear right side comes loose often and air will escape if you do not do this

smooches

With the tailgate open, there are two latches on the bottom side of of your top, one on each corner that allows you to lift the top up a few inches to get bigger things in and out of the trunk. If it is not pushed down and latched properly you will also have a gap when the tailgate up.

I heard you are supposed to glue it to the metal cell. Not sure how that works though.
