Yeah, March is the thing, as per my last letter. We should get a major heads-up at the end of the month. *crosses fingers*
I am waiting also, and am feeling a little digusted with the lack of communication from smartusa, so I sent them an EMAIL stating my frustration with them. I understand from other posts that smart knows of the problem and they are attempting to better communicate with us in march, Ifeel that a little proddind from the members couldnt hurt
Every little drop in the bucket counts writ the frustration. If enough people speak up, then we will get something. The saying thats popular here it seems is the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Its true.
The counter to that is the old Japanese proverb "The nail that sticks up get's hammered down"
Having recently returned from a trip to Japan I can understand why they are the originators of that saying. I have never seen such an orderly and structured society.
Got a response from smartusa thanking me for my interest
They have NO new information to deliver but they expect to have their new computer program up and running at the END of March at which time they should be able to check customers line in the que, yeah right
