Ok, am I missing something? (Re: cup holder)

I think I am missing a part to my smart. Every time I have ever test driven, the cup holder had two parts. The basic two holes, and an insert in the furthest holder that was rubber. I called the smart center in Round Rock and they said the 09's didnt have it. Is this right? I tried finding a pic of what I am talking about but haven't yet.

Also, the book for the Raido 10 says I should be able to hit the menu button while in FM mode, and see the text being brodcast from radio stations. It does not give me that option in Radio mode. I called again on this and the tech said the book was wrong. Any ideas?

For radio 10:
-No, they don't recieve info from radio stations in the US on the RDS.

For the cupholder:
-I don't like those inserts. My father had an 03' Chevy Blazer with the inserts, you could barely pick up a coke bottle out of it without taking the whole thing out.

I think the cup holders are too far out of the way to reach when you are driving. I go to reach for a soda and the seatbelt strangles me unless I move real slowly. The insert helps a little bit. I usually get the soda bottles with the screw on lids and throw it on the seat.

I wish the radio would give the song titles. It supposedly will on CD's but I haven't found one that works yet. My Expedition displays song titles from some FM stations and it is nice when you can't recall the name of a song. I suppose an aftermarket radio would display it.

There's a small area created by the lever to move the seat, the seat itself and the shifter column that is just right to hold a 20oz bottle or a medium soda from Mc D's.
