I use the insert to make the rear most hole higher so it is easier to reach from the drivers seat. Can anyone tell me how to post pics since I don't have a degree in IT? I looked up the how to page but I don't understand ( my age is showing) looking up URL's,HTTP's blah blah blah. My eyes glaze over and the mind shuts off. Why isn't it just drag and drop?

Quick pics of the whole set as per 08 model:

Same set, without the rubber insert:

The solid insert (it holds pen, tidbits and coins - no, the pennies don't fall through, but it has holes at the bottom):

And the rubber insert:

Pardon the iPhone quality.

Oh, pardon me. I thought it was the insert that Jedi was talking about. He can have mine, if I can locate it.

Hehe, if you put it in the front one, seems it would be hard to get the soda, coffee or what ever out. But the front one might make it easier to reach what you are grabbing at since it is pretty low on the floor. But what I have will do for me. Not sure about Jedi. But I know that thing never caught my eye when I was doing test drives and what not. There was A LOT of extra stuff in the car so I did not pay any mind. Like the 6 CD holder for example. I see no need for it. I just drop in one or two mp3 cds that hold about 165 each, and Im set for a long time.

The smart radios do not recieve American RDS signals!

The Envoy does the same thing, helps out when I like a song on the radio.

As long as the aftermarket radio has RDS, you should be ready to go...
