Interesting. One can't miss the sound when opening the tail gate manually. Some kind of servo? You tied into this electronically? Can you find your post? I haven't yet.

One thing I noticed in the thread: SmartAzz, you say, "Or if you really don't want to touch the tailgate latch just hold the 'open hatch' button down on the key until it pops open, works inside or outside the car, problem solved". That was way back on May 1st so I didn't respond to it in that thread. But, my key doesn't have any such button. I'm guessing that is because I have at Cabrio and the tail gate would FALL if there was such a thing. That button must be where my Top Open button is. Interesting. Didn't know this.

Anybody working on the teleporter?
