Outstanding Customer Service

Once again, Smart Center Englewood and Michael Hill (the manager) have gone to unexpected lengths to help me. I broke a couple side skirt clips with my poorly placed hockey puck when jacking up the car.
So, I called to order some replacements. After checking with the Service Department to be certain I was going to get the right part, Julie was writing up my order when Michael happened to walk by. Rather than have her go ahead and write up a credit card charge slip, he personally paid for the clips and had them sent to me! I've said good things about the dealership in the past, but I think this really shows you how much they go out of their way to help their customers. IMHO, if you're in the NY metro area and need anything for your smart, this is the place to go.

I couldn't agree more! Whether it's parts, service, or a new smart, if you're in the tri-state area there's no place else you should consider going.

I will state that for sales smart Manhatten was the only dealership who did not load up on mandatory extras.Our own Danny Wong iis an outstanding salesperson from smart Edison and the parts and service is first class also.IMHO

Man I wish they would help the other smart centers and for sure have them help 1800 smart cuz those B***** are rude and stupid!
