I don't think I'm understanding this completely. From what I'd gathered, the standard sound system on the Passion has two speakers. The upgraded system has a MP3 compatible CD changer; and the Cabrio gets two more speakers. This is what Smart's Build Your Fortwo page suggests (Smart's home page link). The row for Smart Sound system (two tweeters and two mid-range woofers) indicates "N/A" for both the Pure and Passion Coupe. Yet, on the Options tab, the Smart Premium Sound System appears to contain the Smart Sound System speakers (two tweeters and two mid-range woofers).
Is the equipment chart between the three models wrong (i.e., should they list the Smart Sound System as optional)? Or are they just saying you can't get the speakers as a stand alone option. (If so, why bother listing it separately from the Smart premium radio.)
If there is a difference in the speakers, then I'd be interested in the premium package; otherwise, I have no use for a stacker with the iPod connector in the glove box.
