Yeah, funny, I was in contact with them back and forth a bit a few weeks back - they sent me pics and after awhile got it on the site

Looks good, I might go for it

Would any body have any ideas how they might mount there iPhone in a 451?
I cannot figure out how the SMART accessory "phone/mp3" player would mount.
I actually need both, an iPhone mount & a GPS mount (other than the magellan suction cup thingy)

The Kuda listed above is the base mount, you then order an attachment for any device you desire.

I asked them about that but no answer with anymore guidance then what is in their very basic install instructions. I still haven't ordered it yet or decided on the GPS mount - I'm not too keen on floundering around trying to take apart the dash with no idea how since I don't want to break any clips or ruin anything..

There is a screw behind the emergency flasher switch plate. Pry off the switch plate, remove the hex screw (careful to not drop it inside the dash). They pry the surround away from the car. I posted full pictures here a while back for a radio replacement installation. Search for "in dash."

Coolio, thanks!

Hmm, not sure about biting the bullet on that mount though... Maybe I'll wait till I have the car to see where I'd want to put it

OK, I took the leap of faith.........

And, I don't know about unscrewing a screw, but I was able to install (preliminarily at least) the mount from Kuda.

As the instructions suggest, you don't have to completely remove the dashboard piece to install the mount.

Using firm, but careful force, squeeze your fingers under the top of the dashboard cover (closest to the windshield) and pop-off the three tabs from their tab-holders.

Then gently pry off the two tabs just above and to the left & right of the radio face.

This should allow more than enough room to install the mount.

I plan on installing my Sirius Plug & Play unit & will install pics once I do so.

In the meantime, below are pictures of the disassembly & the mount. And yes, there looks like space within there to run a cable from the AUX input in the glove box to the mount and hide it relatively nicely.
