It's not going to be published, so you don't need to be shy, it's part of a group project for my journalism class at Hunter College, NY. Maybe you could just read what people had to say about the smarts on this forum and others and use what they post?

Hi Tia,

In your first post you said you were looking for New York owners to reply. Is that not still true? There are larger concentrations of owners in other places than New York unless you just need a regional slant.....

I understand why you need an actual interview or interviews - anything else would have to be recorded as only "anecdotal." Hopefully NYC-area owners will step-up.
