Proud owners of a new baby orphan!

I got a call Friday evening from Vicki at smart center Seattle asking if I would be interested in a passion orphan. We made an appointment for 1400 hrs Saturday afternoon. By 1600 hrs I was zipping down the I-5 freeway heading home. It's just after 0200 hrs Sunday morning as I type this. I'm still loosing sleep over this car. When I first saw a smart it was right after new years day. I said to myself I have to have one of those. Made a reservation on the 14th of January after figuring out the process. My reservation number is 1477. March 1st and I am a new smart owner. When I first saw the white black tan smart passion coupe I was in love. Nothing mattered, options, cost, nothing. I was in love. I told Peter lets wrap this baby up I'm taking her home. It was such a memorable day yesterday at smart center Seattle - O'Brien Auto Group. Getting to meet Kendra, Vicki, Peter and Ethan, they treat you just like family. Nice clean spacious new dealership by the way. For those of you out there worrying about the transmission. Just put it in drive and enjoy. I took my first drive after I bought the car. No worries, no regrets!

Congrats! For those of you out there that really want their smart now, then the orphan route sure helps. Congrats again, isn't this car great?

I remember the first night our new orphan came home. Could hardly sleep I was so excited. I still make sure it's still safely in it's garage each night before I go to bed. Congratulations!

Terry, I had almost the same experience as you, got my call 3-1 at 10am and by 4pm I was speeding down the road in my Blk/Slvr/Red baby orphan. Wasn't exactly what I would have ordered, but love it anyway. And, I have it now instead of Nov/Dec (1425 resv.)
