Pulstar Pulse Plugs

Anyone know anything or have experience with these? Do they work? Do they cause problems? Increases in hp and mpg are claimed, but at $25 a pop, it better be worth it (note: for perspective, I have seen posts stating that a smart dealer charges $19 per plug + labor for OEM replacement, but I have not personally priced these out to verify).

Pulstar Plugs for 2008 Smart 451

I have purchased a set for my smart car but the site is WRONG that is NOT the correct plug for the car I called them and told them that the site listed this plug for my car but after removing the original plug and comparing it to the new pulstar plug it will not work.I was told that the information on there site would be updated and they thanked me for letting them know about the problem.Since then I was told by the fall of 2008 there would be a plug made that would work in the smart cars.I e-mailed them and now it should be available in the spring of 2009 The plugs work great I installed them in my 2001 dodge durango, 2001 toyota echo, and my old 1989 f-350 work truck. here is the information on the spark plugs for my 451 smart for two {Thread diameter & hex size 12x16.0,Heat Range Ngk 7,Champion 8,7 Bosch 5,19 mm electrode position 8.5 mm Reach ,Quadruple ground electrodes {share type},Resister internal construction, and a 0.9mm or .035 gap}.I am still looking for the NGK number but found this information on the DENSO web site maybe this can help? Thank you,Michael

....you might be better off indexing your original plug and see how that works for you before you go letting your $$$$$$$$ go.....

A friend put a set in a 04 vibe and two of them shorted out. At different times after the second failure he went back to the NGK plugs.
