Exactly!!! - who knows the mystery of the dde? My 2008 is due soon, but I might just keep my orphan (whom I love ) and re-reserve for a 2010. But who knows how the wait time will change over the next year or so?

I did the $99 reservation in May 2008 and I just checked today and I saw (finally)

September 2009 to November 2009

It took me 2 months for my DDE to show up.

My daughter reserved July 10, 2008 and just got a DDE of Oct-Dec 2009.

I reserved in May 2008 and I just checked today and I have an estimated date of October - November 09. I guess my smart could be either an '09 or '10, depending on the date of assy. I still haven't configured yet.

I'm looking forward to getting the color and options I want in my reserved smart, but I still enjoy my yellow Orphan.
