OK, took it out for a spin, sound is louder than I am used to but I think I can get used to it, car feels good, will test it out more in the morning but seems like it has more pep..

I idled mine up to temp, then shut it off and let it cool down. From past experience its best to heat-cycle new packing material for the longest life.

Has anyone noticed smoother shifting in drive with the DTH exhaust? Maybe just my imagination but it seems to downshift better when decelerating. Maybe I'm just more aware because you can hear it.

IMHO it seems to be noticably smoother shifting up and down the gears after DTH exhaust installation! Noticable increase in power too! A little louder than I would prefer, but tolerable. I like it!

It'll quiet down a bit as you put some miles on it.

It HAS quieted down a bit, but the power hasn't gone down.

Finally got a chance to go through a gas tank, I would say I'm also getting 1-2mpg better than without it. AND this gas tank had a bit of A/C use and my pedal to the metal showing off the new power! You just use much less gas pedal than before to get it to do what you want it to do.

I look for even better MPG after I get my foot to calm down...

Dan, I'm excited to see yours. Did you go with the center exit?
