quick question

I know this might sound silly but could someone please tell me the differance between a 450 & 451. I see where some people talk about the 450 or the 451 and just want to know what you mean. Thanks

You're going to get a ton of answers at once......so here goes.

450 is the old style and 451 is the new one that we have here in the US, complete with a dealer network etc. That's the short answer and I know you'll get the long one too.

The black for2 is the new shape 451, and the dark blue for2 is the old shape 450.
The 451 is supposedly six inches longer and three inches wider than the old 450

Two other visible differences: the 450 has a three sided rear window and vertical door handles, whereas the 451 has a one pane rear window and horizontal door handles.

The 450 started out as a 600cc engine and then went up to 700cc, the 450 is 1000cc as it is bigger and heavier than the old 450.
