Radio 10 standard?

Does the big radio come standard with the passion or is it part of an upgrade? When I picked up the car, the sales guy said that I had the upgraded stereo system and indeed I do have the instruction book for the Radio 10 in the pile of manuals. The radio in the car, however, does not follow the instruction book for set-up of the various functions. This has me wondering if somehow I didn't get the Radio 10 like I thought I had coming.

Do you mean the missing RDS feature mentioned in the manual? The one we in the US can forget about?

No, the Radio Test Option that will not come up on the menu. (Page 11 of the Radio 10 manual says in a footnote, that RDS is not applicable to the US.)

So, perhaps the radio upgrade option was missing on the configuration page along with the missing fog lamp choice. At any rate, why would I get the manual (complete with my VIN stuck to the upper left corner) if the Radio 10 was not installed?
