Vendors aftermarket stuff
  1. How they sell thier products
  2. How they support the warranty
  3. Hows thier attitude when you call them for assistance
  4. What are thier attitude to sell

Dealer: Annapolis Smart 9/10 because it's so far away I gave them a 9 so to be fair I'll give them a 10

i know its not even necessary to mention that smartmadness is the best place to shop. id give them "100". their WAY past the 10.
ok, what the heck. i'll post it anyways.
Smartmadness is the BEST for customer service, the fastest delivery, excellent quality, comparable prices, friendlyest, funnest and guess what? HONEST TOO BOOT!

ive heard of a shop that...
dont need to even touch that one, we all know where NOT to go.

Smart center Fort Worth has been great. The entire staff has been wonderful and I do not have a single negative thing to say about them. Nothing after market

  1. Customer sevice - although a little short staffed for the smart service reps (only 1) when I went in last month, she said they were training a second one. Overall, they were doing great with what they had. 9/10
  2. Repair - Quick and painless when I took it in for alarm issues. They had it to me in an hour after the part came in... 10/10
  3. Pricing - Warranty fix, no maitenence. dunno the prices just yet. $215 for a painted rear quarter panel, dunno where that stands in prices.. N/A for now.
  4. Updates - 09, no updates. N/A
No aftermarket.

Smart Center San Diego

1.Customer sevice: Best customer service around. I've asked them if they could sell me a Mercedes from next door.. but they won't allow them to so I'm stuck with the "normal" MB salesmen.

2.Repair: A bolt from my BPP exhaust came out and I had an event that same night.. Went down, and they searched through TONS of parts bins and found the exact bolt for me. This was about 30min AFTER they closed too.

3. Pricing: Got free floor mats from them and the smart license plate surround too!

4.Updates: Haven't done an update for the '09 tranny program yet.

Overall: 9.5/10 - Best dealer experience ever. Their service beats MB San Diego and Fletcher Jones. Not a full 10 since they lost the best salesmen though.


Smart Madness

Absolutly best company for after market parts for the smart. Top notch products, service and pricing. Boris has helped me a number of times when I get stumped on installs LOL.. Him and Rachel both run a great company that supports the smart community.
Overall: 10/10 - They continue to be the best!

Sometime I really don't understand that the dealers if they see after market stuff in the car they say's oh you are out of warranty therefor you will pay regular price as we charge co'z your warranty vioded, how that sounds to you guy's. BUT there are dealer say's that aftermarket doesn't affect the warranty and that's the dealer knows what they are saying.

I almost ask the Prez. of Smart USA when he attended the BH Smart Birthday that, "Why Smart Cars are very unique in warranty issue 24 month 24,000 miles".... Where Federal standard id 36by36,000. No chance to ask.....

In regards to aftermarket, Vendors should support thier product all the way up to thier warranty would you think? and tech support who's needed, if not, You loss your business. and I have seen one.

And please, due to economic crises every penny counts.
