Rate your post delivery dealer experience

How has your experience been with your dealer since delivery of your smart car? Have they kept in touch with you? If you have had follow-up service issues were they well handled? If you have called with questions or issues have they been responsive?

We know there have been lots of concerns about the pre delivery communications issues but this poll is looking for your experience at delivery and after delivery.

My own experience has been excellent, the dealer has quickly resolved any issues/questions. They have stayed in follow-up communication by e-mail and phone. They hosted an owners open house and party. It's been a very good experience.

Smart Center Seattle (ok, it's REALLY in Tukwila, WA)

Smart Center Seattle has been truly outstanding!

Their support has been "A+" all the way. I appreciate Ethan's teamwork and 'can do' attitude in resolving any and all problems. He and his entire staff have always treated me exceptionally well on any issues I might have. Smart Center Seattle sets the benchmark for other car dealers (especially the non-smart dealers) to follow.

Smartcenter San Francisco has been really super. Maybe the finance guy was a titch 'financy' and not up on his warranty info, but they are all exceedingly good there. High marks. The service advisor, Felipe is outstanding.

smart Center Columbus which is Germain has been great. Specifically Kevin Crosby and Doug have made the Smart experience fantastic.

I've found the smart center staff in Buffalo NY are nice, but the Benz mechanical side is not. I called about a known issue, the tech knew just what the issue was, and setup an appointment a week away so they could "get parts". I went, waited 5 hours for a pretty minor set of things, only to be told that a needed part wasn't in (the one we had discussed on the phone over a week before), and I'd have to come back.

Why I had to wait 5 hours to be told this I'm not sure...

Edison has a great appreciation for customer service and I feel like I own one of their high end cars (which I do!). The Service Manager (Glen) and the Parts Manager (Tommy) know me by first name and they both treat me like family. Here's to them!! Regina :0

My dealership is the smart center in Manhattan (41st St and 11th Ave). Elaine Velez has been amazing. I had a problem after the first week and had to take the car in today. She offered to drive it to my office after work if that would help me (tho it turned out not to be necessary). I can't rave enough about her and the dealership.
