Followup by smartcenter Albuquerque has been great. Stacielynn calls me periodically to see how the car is doing, service and parts have been very helpful when I`ve called them.

My post delivery experience has been good. I picked up my smart on January 24th and a couple weeks after that the service department called me to make sure that I have not encountered any problems with my smart. The had me bring my smart to the dealership so they can inspect the car and check the computer making sure that it's not throwing a code that I am not aware of. Since then I've been back a few times to chit chat with the sales department and also had a screw replaced on my spoiler. I've gotten to know some of the people at the dealership well and I always feel welcome whenever I stop by to say hello if I am in the neighborhood.

smart center Portland, in a word, ROCKS.

Sales (Hi, Clint! THANK YOU); Service (~love~ The Brycemaster) is exceptional; and financing with large down was a breeze.

Haven't had any problems, but even with teeny questions -bam! Right-now answers. I really appreciated The Brycemaster's tour of the Super Computer Tester thingie, and the time he took to have a very technical conversation with Electronics Engineer (ret.) Dad.

smart center Portland is a credit to the whole Program, and I would encourage anyone interested in smarties to drop by and have a chat.

Rahal in Shadyside Pittsburgh, PA - nicest and cleanest dealership facility that I have ever been in. The sales staff was friendly and the transaction was painless and smooth. Too bad they are 150 miles away!

Smart Tampa

The Tampa dealer is very sales oriented... after delivery it's hard to get an answer to any questions and the service department took a month to get a replacement part for what turned out to be a repairable issue!!!

If I need service it's going to Orlando (met the tech there and he's fantastic) or Sarasota (great service dept). Both dealerships have received outstanding marks in my book.

I've ordered my second smart and I'll be picking it up at either Orlando or Sarasota... Even it it adds extra time.

smart center Riverside CA was pretty decent at delivering the smart. but, since delivery, I have not heard a word from them. Overall a pretty lukewarm experience from smart Riverside.

However; the people at Walter's Mercedes in Riverside have been outstanding at resolving the 3 service issues I initially had with the smart. Derek, my service representative at Walter's Mercedes took care of all three issues (shifter, sunshade, and secondary air solenoid) promptly. Awesome service from Mercedes: I am absolutely stoked with the outstanding customer service from Derek at Walter's!
