Hmm, I wonder if something is not rubbing against the exhaust and burning thru. Like a hose of some sort. I am getting near to the 1k mark, like less then 100 miles, and my smell went away after the first 100 or so. I think if I still had it at 6k I would be looking for an answer to the smell. If it is a hose rubbing/burning. Smart should replace/reroute it.

Hit 1000 last night! WOOO! Still get that burning smell too. At the care clinic, they said that there was one guy at 8K that still had it. If its still smells at 10k, might want to have it checked. Then again, its a good excuse to bug your nearest smart center too!
