Just wanted to report to everyone here. My 09 Smart, late 2008 model. A month old.
The rear window was leaking and the rear hatch would fill up with water after a rain - you could here the water in it days after the rain.
Dropped it off at the dealer on Thursday night, Friday before noon it was ready.
They replaced the entire hatch with the spoiler etc, its one piece. No charge.
Now I have to get the rear window tinted again - they did not cover that cost.
Other then that, had the 7/8 fuel gauge issue once when filling up.
Rest is all good.
