Yes, you need to contact them and request the refund. I believe there have been others on this forum that reported they recieved the check within several weeks. Sorry to hear you have to cancel.
The phone number and address should be in the reservation e-mail you were sent by Internet Brands. Just call and cancell your reservation and they will send a check within a few weeks.
