remote control key cost

Anyone knows the replacement cost of regular remote control key(not the keyless option)? I have a hard time to contact the dealer(not returning the call).

Not very smart to own a smart car, replacement of the key cost a lot, probably the parts too, just wait when the warranty expired.

My smart has a design flaw; it seems to let hot air escape out of some pipe at the rear of the car, which I think is called the "muffler." I'll top it off with muffle fluid to see if that works...
