removing front and rear valance panels

My new painted valance set from smart-parts-direct are due next
week :woohoo
Now do I really need to take the front and rear ends off? I'd rather not take pea2so apart if I don't have to.Is anyone doing an exchage program for the my pretty pony glitter plastic pieces on the dash and doors? The other half found out I wanted to send them out to have painted and said NO so I have to do them on the sly. If they get changed without notice............................

the rear panels can stay on just make sure to pull the two push pins. the front end does have to come off unless you have a lift. there are 4 or 6 (cant remember off the top of my head) and the lower grills (center and fog) all push into the front valence its a PTA if you try and do all that on you back.

I was going by Evilutions info. I guess I'll have to wait until the weather improves enough to be outside for more than a few minutes to put them on.

Very nice! I actually spoke to Denis at SPD about the painted pieces. Did you order all 4 pieces + the gas cap + tow caps?

Got it all! 4 valances, pods w/ rings for approx. 500.00 sterling. I bought before it started to creep back up so it was about $720.00 with the exchange rate, PayPal fee and shipping. Still cheaper than buying the pods and rings from the dealer and having the valances painted locally. Denis said he tossed in a set of tow covers and the gas door for free because this red wasn't moving. Please let Denis know I sent you there if this is how you found him. ( my name is Cliff and I'm in Chicago) He has great prices and I'll be getting more from him soon.
Now if I change to a white body I'll have an extra set of valances to paint to match!
Just checked UPS and they are now out for delivery!!!!!!!! Come on spring!!!!!!
My DiCorsa wheels from Smartmadness are due today also!!!!!
OMG OMG OMG OMG

You CAN pull them BUT it is pain in the butt. Much easier to pull the panels. You can pull the rear valance off with the panels on WAY easier than the front. The front is horrible to do. Pull the panels.
