This magazine was transitioned to an online publication just as I subscribed to it. I paid with a credit card, but my "good faith" in assuming that they were going to deliver caused me to hold on until I was outside of the time limits allowed in Magnisson-Moss, so I was not able to recover. I was not dunned twice, however.
Based upon my experience, you shouldn't expect to hear word one back from them. And, for those who say that I shouldn't be complaining about this, send me a double sawbuck and I'll be more than glad to stop.
