Anyone waited EXACTLY a year to get delivery?

Still no word about being invited. I called yesterday and they said they don't know anything except that the tool they were hoping to get has been delayed again.

you and me both - southern cal really got the smart shaft when it comes to delivery - ironic, since southern cal was the most responsive to owning these cars... nice way to reward early enthusiasts -

FWIF, the last thing I heard from smart was my e-mail to confirm last October. My dealer has been my main source if information. Called me when they got the production papers and when they got the VIN. I don't particularly have a big problem with smart as the people that I will be dealing with is the dealer and they are my point of contact for inspections maintenance, parts and such, so it is more important to me to have o relationship with them. The better they are, the better I feel.

I'm trying to be patient... going for another drive 2 weeks ago was really not a good idea. I'm working from home today/have today off... it's so hard to not hop in the car and go back to my dealer

I think if I make my anniversary date (9/14) and haven't at least confirmed I'm going to have to go find a quiet place to cry.
