Being 6'-2", the Smart has way more personal space than I need. I had several inches of headroom and legroom left. The car sits up much higher than most sedans.
There was a guy who test drove a smart in Cleveland who was 6'5" about 450 and in a wheel chair. He had no problem, at least with the car. He was concerned about accidently knocking the shifter into neutral with his "fat" knee.
