I was visiting a friend of mine at work. He works at Smart Service in Shoreline, north of Seattle. Despite its name, Smart Service is a Subaru shop. That is all they work on. The shop's name precedes any indication that smart would be selling cars in the US.
While I was there, the shop got a call from someone looking to get their smart car serviced. My friend said that they get calls like that all of the time.
If you are in the Seattle area and need to get your smart car serviced, do not call Smart Service in Shoreline or Mukilteo. They do not work on smart cars.
If you are in the Seattle area and need to get your Subaru serviced, think about calling Smart Service. I know my friend there will treat you right and the mechanics seemed pretty good.
