your mention of the birthing process reminds me of a visit to VW's Autostadt in Wolfsburg, Germany. I belive it was 10% of all VW's sold in Europe are picked up at the factory. Once you visit Autostadt it's easy to see why. It is the ultimate place for brand loyalty building. I was there last winter and they ahd frosen the top of onf of the ponds on the grounds to make it an ice skating rink com[plete with laser light show and fog FX.
