Skunk spray

Anyone ever had a skunk spray their car and leave a stain? Well, I got a direct hit from apparently close range and my front plate, grill trim and front panel is spotted and will not come out. I've tried vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, simple green, etc with no luck. I've called 5 auto detailers and none have any experience with it. I suppose if all else fails I could lightly wet sand and re-clear it. Any suggestions????????????????????

pet stores sell an enzyme liquid form that works to remove the smell on dogs. it's might be worth a try.

I thought that whatever caused the stain might be the same stuff that causes the smell but I really don't know. It was just a thought.

I have a cleaning product called blue magic cleaner and it has the enzyme in it to break down natural stains, I use it when my pup Barney wees on the carpet, you might not get it over there, but any pet shop will sell similar products to get wee stains out, I presume stunk spray is just concentrated wee, it's worth a try before getting a respray.
