I told the lady I couldn't do her survey and she said to call when I could and I am at lunch tomorrow. The thing is I've already done a "survey" which I was emailed a few days after buying my car. I do wish this thread would die though. I vented earlier when I was in irritated state of mind and only reason I did it here is cause it was smart USA who called me and this is smart website. I'm Dr. Frankenstein and I've created a monster.
