Skinit.
Skinit makes skins for a variety of devices and not only one can use their design, one can upload ones own photo to use as a skin. I do not profit or gain from this post. I did upload a photo to the site and they made a skin for my EEE PC. It took a long time for them to list the tiny computer but they did.
