A smart Car Event Archive (Input Needed)

I am curious if anyone is interested in a "Sticky" which would serve as a recap for successful events held around the country?
The purpose would be to have a single post for each event indicating the event, location, date, coordinator, organization, activities and number of smart cars attending.
The thread would be a resource for event planners to see what has worked in various parts of the country and to generate ideas for other events.
It would not be used to promote upcoming events or even to post comments about events since those recaps already exist in the forum. But it would be a one stop thread for recaps and ideas rather than having to search through old threads and posts.
I am thinking specifically of events such as the Lombard St photo shoot, The Orlando Ann Party, The Midwest Event at the Dells and the Tail of the Dragon Event.
If there is interest I will try to start a sticky, if no interest I will pass.
What do you think?

I think it is a good idea. Where on the forum do you envision the archive being placed?

Great idea, Ken. I like keeping to one post per re-capped event, Could the post contain links to past-event threads, if a reader wanted more info?

OK, this is looking great and I like the concept but where are the organizational details. I know the work to put the Lombard meet together had much before and after planning and some of the spin off was unplanned and unexpected!!

I mean, I see the links but the structure of how the meet was organized is missing. I think we need to see how the police coverage/escort was arranged, the meeet for Breakfast, lunch, Dinner eas coordinated, etc.!!
