I mean, I see the links but the structure of how the meet was organized is missing. I think we need to see how the police coverage/escort was arranged, the meeet for Breakfast, lunch, Dinner eas coordinated, etc.!!

I agree the detail would be nice but not all of us keep notes like Gary did on his blog on the Dragon event and the details could make the posts very large. My thinking was that if the coordinators of the events do the posts then anyone is free to PM them for details if desired.
