sweet...I look forward to the 2012 US smart ed with the Tesla battery/motor. Should have a 200-250 mile range and an 8 hour re-charge time to. Regenerative braking, and maybe a solar/panoramic window recharge film...

how much do you think it will be?

I just pray that it does make it here. EV-1? And the Tesla Battery operated smart is out, but you have to convert a normal smart to do it.
I want one, but Ill be putting in a switch for that sound.

The Norwegian Th!nk EV uses a unique approach. They offer a choice of battery-type and capacity, depending upon the user's actual need. The batteries are interchangeable and are leased.
