I hope they get a production model out by 2010.

Id happily trade in the passion Im getting this year for an all electric model.

Heck yea! I just hope it dosnt cost twice as much. Well, even then its a mite cheaper than a Prius.

If they could keep the cost under 20k like they have with the normal smarts it would probably create a backlog so long that nobody would ever get one.

Even though it's three years old, it does confirm the Mitsu powerplant and the fact that is it like the one found in the Mitsibishi "i".

I don't know if people really don't know or doubted that, but, I do recall some smart tech a few months back disputing this wholeheartedly.

And people wonder why there is such skepticism of self-proclaimed experts.

Are these two different animals, or two names for the same type of drive? I mean, aside from different battery technology, which I noticed in the article.
