I scanned the file with AVG and found two BHO.IMS Trojan Horses. Identifying them (with AVG) was sufficient to protect your computer. Opened the file with Desktop Architect and found the Theme "too dated" and missing the "sounds". Downloading included those usual pesky add-ons - such as Free Smilies.
Would suggest making your own Theme with digital images of your personal Smart.
I am glad it was not just my computer. I tried them on my Acer Aspire One that has WinXP on it. I will look for software to make mine own or a site that shows how to do it.
I had tried Goofy and Coca Cola themes from the site and had the same result. I just deleted them from my computer.
