Smart is here now-should I pass?????

Not the color or equipped the way I like. Opinions wanted-White/black trim passion coupe-has heated seats $220-sound system w/sub $350-power steering $450.My drive out price will be approx. $16,500 total. Is there anything left to make a few bucks?

What were you hoping to get? Sounds like this one has everything (that's about the price of the coupe with all the main packages like comfort and sound). If it's too much, you should probably wait. Then again, how long will your wait be?

The comfort package that includes leather and several other goodies is only $80 more than the heated seats/power steering combination. Plus I wanted Red!

Good point. I want red too, and I pretty much knew I wouldn't take another color. But I've been waiting a year for mine, and it's been a tough wait...and that wait was probably easier without all the smarts driving around to taunt me. So I couldn't promise I would wait now if I had a chance!

Is this an orphan? I would take it and drive it till your ordered one comes. Then make the decision to keep or sell the 1st and take the 2nd one. Plus you will have the knowledge and experience that most of us would love to have knowing what you like about the car before you ordered one gets here.

We have our brand new passion and the only thing we did not get was the six CD stereo. We took everything else! what I am shocked about is the figure you posted. ($16,500.00O) Ours came to $14.830 We ordered it I think the first week the $99.00 program came out, but even if you order it today the price is the same. Did the dealership add on some profit?
hey can't you deal with a better dealership? One that will go by the rulles? looks to me that Hmm never mind, I say PASS to them, and order the one you want the way you want and SAVE SOME MONEY doing it!

$16500 is his out the door price meaning it is probably including tax and documentation fees.

Your $14830 price is not including tax and documentation fees.

That's probably the difference.
