SMART License Bracket

Hey guys...I have done a search of the forum and looked at the exterior modification section but can't find anyone selling a black SMART license plate bracket. I went to my dealer the other day and they told me that they would have to order it from SMART and it would take "weeks". Looking for a quicker way of getting one. Again, I am looking for the black one, not the chrome one.

If you are referring to the black plastic ones they gave them to me for free. The only other ones they had were silver metal ones and only had one left. They said they sell out of those fast. If there is a metal black one they very well may have to order it. I know it sucks that everything has such a long waiting list, but I kinda like it. The SMARTS are high in demand everywhere.

I JUST GOT MINE YESTERDAY! Mine is black, haven't installed it since I haven't figured out a switched (ignition) 12V location I can tap into yet that is near the back.

Mine came with the black plastic. Of course I had to have them send me a front plate holder because they don't need them in Mi. where I purchased it, but we do here in Ohio. Actually I replaced the black plastic with one of Betty Boop I got off of Ebay.
