What does the Smart "C with an arrow" symbol stand for?

I believed the 'C' means Compact and the 'triangle' arrow means forward thinking. Let me know if I am right.

Just to illustrate how strange some of those filters work: my true first name is Jean [hyphen] Paul (like the previous Pope, Belmondo, Sartre...). Here I try "Jean-Paul". But, because the hyphen is rejected, my official bank/credit first name became Jeanpaul...
