So I wrote two articles for the first issue of Smartimes magazine, and for that I was to receive a years subscription for It. Two years later, and I can't get hold of them. Anyone ever get Issue number two?

The site is still up: Smartimes Magazine | The Smart Car Magazine but shows the current issue as Spring 09. It appears the magazine is defunct.

I was in issue 1 4 times. Subscribed and got a 2009 calendar. Since then. Nada

I subscribed and never received a single issue. I imagine that they are long gone from the smart scene...

Thats sad. I was really gung ho for them too. Im not a car guy, Im a smart car guy. I was excited to have a car mag I was interested in come to my door. *sigh*

When they had their shirts going, I was really interested in getting one, but the smarts with the black tridion had the silver grille in the front and I suggested to them many times to fix that and I would order many shirts, but they never fixed that. Bummer.

Fix? I called them and emailed them and eventually, the number would just ring. And eventually I got no response via email either. I was just hoping I was caught in limbo I guess.

Got one copy of Issue #1 at OTD I. Liked what I saw and FOOLISHLY paid for my subscription with hard earned U.S. dollars - got a "subscription" copy in the mail and then . . .

While hardly a collector item, Issue #1 is all there is. Give it to your grandchildren as they might be able to sell it on eBay for a couple bucks in 50 years.
