Smart MHD video review from Fifth gear

Hi Guys, I know you are all interested in the Mhd, that is just out here in Europe, but I think you are not getting.
Fifth gear is the car programme that bought you such gems as Double decker smart, and crashing a smart into a concrete wall at silly speed.
They have gotten their hands on the new Smart MHD, but is it any good, is it worth the extra money, and do they like it?

We got Fifth Gear here on BBC America for awhile. It was a great show. Now we get Top Gear and its kind of annoying. Well, the show isnt but Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond are! Anything less than a Ferrari or Aston to them arent worth driving. I can only imagine if they ever had a smart on the show.

Jeremy Clarkson drove the smart roadster when it first came out and he liked it, in fact it was their fun car of the year in 2004, and Hamster drove the Brabus roadster on the track, the one with the 2 700cc engines welded together, they only made 10 as an exercise and at £250,000 a piece was'nt a great buy.

Cool, its alwyas nice to keep up to date with the latest and greatest Smarts. That's the first video review I have seen regarding the MHD.

Well, after watching the show on the smart, I was not impressed so much. I was under the impression that it was electric in some way. Didn't they come out with a hybrid? or is that what I am thinking? I know that there is a company here in the US that is importing the smart body and putting their own electric motor/batteries. But that is like 40-50k. Way too much for a car.
