the extended warranty i bought only requires any certified mechanic to perform the work. the warranty i purchased is not an extension of the factory warranty. some i've read about requires a deductable, but this one does not.
to georges inquirey as to what an orphan is, it is when someones car arrives and for some reason they don't want it. then the dealer can sell it as a new car. seattle dealership claims to go by reservation numbers, but they have poor communication between themselves. i recieved a list from one person, gave them my info, called and found out the general manager promised vehicles to someone else. then found out they had another 4 or 5 vehicles to sell. seemed like first come,first served.
