I can't find it on their online 'Bulletin,' but in the upper right corner of page 22 of the print AARP Bulletin, is a pic of a Blue/Silver coupe, a pic of D.C. Mayor, Adrian Fenty, and this blurb:

D.C. Mayor Adrian Fenty's super-compact Smart car, which gets 33 to 45 miles to the gallon, may be tiny, but it displays Napoleonic aspriations with its flashing lights and siren."
